FAQ

Questions property managers actually ask.

If the answer you need isn't here, the assistant in the corner handles most of the rest — and hands off to a person for anything it shouldn't guess at.

Does anything get installed on our property?

No permanent equipment. Our mobile fleet visits on a schedule — nothing is bolted down, wired in, or left behind.

Do we need landlord or property-owner approval?

Because nothing permanent is installed, most clients don't need the landlord sign-off that fixed charging stations require. We'll flag anything specific to your lease.

How fast can we actually launch?

Most single-property pilots are live within a week of signing — scheduling a route is not a construction project.

What happens if our EV headcount grows?

Routes and session capacity scale with you. Multi-property portfolios get bundled routes and a dedicated account manager.

How is this billed?

A flat monthly rate per property, covering an included number of sessions. Usage is visible in your dashboard in real time, not just on the invoice.

Do employees need an app or an account?

No. They plug in during the workday. There is no account to create, no card to tap, and no need to move a car mid-shift to free up a wired stall.

What if we already have a few charging stalls?

Mobile charging supplements them. Most properties that come to us have some fixed capacity and cannot justify the cost of expanding it.

Which vehicles can you charge?

Any EV that accepts standard AC charging. The fleet runs Wallbox Quasar 2 chargers, which cover the common connector types on the road today.

How much energy does a session deliver?

It depends on dwell time and the vehicle. Session logs record the exact kWh delivered, and that figure is what appears on the invoice.

What happens in bad weather or if a driver is out?

Routes are rebuilt from the day's scheduled sessions, so a missed slot is rescheduled rather than dropped. You are not billed for a session that did not happen.

Is there a contract lock-in?

The Pilot tier is a 3-month trial you can walk away from. Ongoing service can be changed or cancelled between billing cycles.

Can we see usage before the invoice arrives?

Yes. Session data is recorded as it happens, and it is the same data the invoice is generated from — there is no separate reporting number.
